Refund and Returns Policy

You MUST contact us by email to initiate the Refund Process. Refunds/Returns will not be granted if you return an item to us without prior consent first.

Love Of Crystals wants you to be happy with every purchase, but if something is not right, here are our terms:
  • If you receive an item that is not functional or was broken during shipping, it will be replaced with the same item at no cost to you. Broken or defective items will be replaced if available or, refunded within 10 days of receipt of the item. Specific crystals and sale items are exempt. 

  • Return/Refund requests may be requested within 10 days of purchase if the item is still in original condition and at the discretion of Love of Crystal on a case by case basis.  If a refund is requested, there is a 20% restocking fee, with a minimum of $20. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • As most of our items are one-of-a-kind, or made to order, exchanges/refunds due to change of mind are not typically granted. Each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • All transactions are at the discretion of Love Of Crystals. Specific crystals and sale items are exempt from Refunds/Returns.


Refunds will NOT be given for any of the following reasons:

  • Customer ordered wrong size, color, quantity etc. or wrong product
  • Incorrectly provided or entered shipping address
  • Longer than expected shipping or processing times

Refund/Return Request Instructions:

If you believe an error occurred due to a mistake on our part, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.  Please follow the steps below to request a refund/return:

1. Take a photo of the problem (If the problem is due to item size, please use a ruler).

2. Send an email to with the subject line: "Order # "YourOrderNumber" Replacement Request.

3. Please include the following information in the email:

- The photo(s) of the item to be replaced showing issue(s)

- A specific description of the issue(s)

- The Order Number & if there are multiple items within an order, please identify the item with the issue

Our support team will get back to you within 1 - 3 business days.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY ITEMS BACK TO LOVE OF CRYSTALS WITHOUT PREVIOUS CONSENT FOR A RETURN/REFUND.  Items received back to Love Of Crystals without prior consent will be denied a refund/return.

Return/Refund Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned/exchanged product to reach you will vary.

** Love Of Crystals highly recommends that use a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Due to external circumstances beyond our control, Love Of Crystals cannot guarantee that we will receive your item, and are not responsible for items lost during the shipping process. **

Shipping Delays Disclaimer

Shipping refunds will not be given for shipping delays caused by events or incidents beyond our, or, our carrier's control, which may include: adverse weather conditions, unavailability or refusal to accept packages, natural disasters, civil unrest, labor disputes, and disruptions in transportation networks. Shipping refunds will not be given if an incorrect delivery address was provided, which includes omission of suite, apartment, unit, or floor numbers.
